Specific to F&A department 1. Excellent work life balance, including very flexible hybrid work arrangement 2. Colleagues and bosses are amiable, reasonable and great people to work with 3. Hard work is mostly paid off General to AECOM 1. Many food places around the vicinity, i.e. army market, city gate, sultan plaza, and others 2. 5 minutes walk from nicoll highway mrt station 3. There are quite a few events held throughout the year, i.e. dinner and dance, chinese new year, hari raya, deepavali, christmas, etc

1 . Financial year targets are not realistic even after feedback/inputs from ground level are provided. Hence, the Plan targets are never achieved, unless creative accounting is adopted. Ultimately, pressure from management will be put on the staff which can affect them negatively 2. Salary credit date is not consistent (not always credited in the same month), resulting in salary being credited 2 times in a single month for some months, and no salary credit at all for some months. Typical credit date is 1st of the following month. However, if the 1st falls on PH or weekend, it will be brought forward to the current month. So, for people with HYSA which requires salary to be credited into the bank account to enjoy bonus interest, the bonus interest will be forfeited for ~ 3 to 4 months for the full year. WEF oct2025, this is likely to change where the salary will be credited every mid month 3. Washrooms are quite small, i.e. 2 cubicles with 2 basins. AECOM rents 2 levels of concourse and there is 1 washroom on each level
