if you are a woman of color, ran as fast as you can in the opposite direction. i had such a terrible experience. promoting people to be people managers who have no clue what leadership is and only use it as an opportunity to bully and stroke their egos. Incompetent VPs who are equivalent to snake oil salespersons. ignoring client needs and only solve issues when they blow over. zero career development and favoritism. everyone is so miserable and out to even the score. pay is low. People quit so often its not even funny. I truly wonder how they are able to sell their products to clients (then again, snake oil salesmanship wins). If you love greed and profit centered mindset you will do great here.
