Profit over quality, lack of connectivity among employees.
Pros
Type of projects Colleagues skills + networking Morning teas The constant programs for safety in design
Cons
Fully focused on profit over quality of projects. Their rates are too high for the market and hence the employees need to put more of their own time to meet the basic expectations. Just to mention the burden rates (FBLRs) have already a profit or contingency over the expected profit. Career growth. If you are not a graduate, the chances of getting some training are really low and management has trivial excuses to avoid it. Lack of planning for people's goals, it seems that there is a lot going on for the company's goals but almost nothing for the employees. The internal performance review program is useless. There is a lack of connectivity among employees and if you walk through the fancy building (1000 people in mine) you can feel in the ambiance a mediocre machinery full of tagged people with numbers getting atrophiated in a completely silent environment.
