AECOM reviews

Since going public, there has been an emphasis on cash and profitability. While understandable and even an industry trend, this emphasis isn't well received and adds to a negative connotation. Aecom spends a lot of time trying to figure out the right mix between business lines and geographic regions and I still don't believe they have found the right mix.

Highly aggressive corporate management, appalling staff relations, extremely high staff turn over, weak / hostile senior management resulting in a hamstrung and demotivated project staff. Combine with poor relocation and visa process HR support resulting in extended separation from family and extremely difficulty finding housing and schooling.
