Pros
The company offers an excellent benefits package and communicates well with its employees. They also offer an educational reimbursement plan that is simple to use and advantageous to its employees. It is a great company to work for and they seem to take care of the majority of its employees.
Cons
The company does not offer floating holidays or sick leave for its full-time contract employees. If not located at a main office, the company seems to forget about its other employees. Career opportunities also seem very limited.
