No work life balance. Senior leadership only cares about themselves and emplyees are but workers to help them climb up the ladder. Lack of proper systems in place. Lack of career development opportunities Frequent acquisitions disruptive and are not integrating well with organization

Far too top heavy. While profit is of course important and brings good things, they've no idea how to encourage employees and PM's to achieve them. There's so much scrutiny on every penny, expenditure, and hour charged to a project, you're scared to take on a PM role. Not much advancement opportunity, and at that, not sure you'd want to move up anyway - then you'd be in the crosshairs even more. Haven't had a raise beyond 2% in years while big shots continually book first class flights and upper class hotel rooms while traveling on overhead budgets.
