Cons
The company doubled in size in the last year by acquiring another similar company (URS), and is still in the process of merging the operations. As a result, many employees are being trained on new systems while still trying to perform their regular work amid the ongoing reorganization. This is causing the atmosphere to be more stressful than usual, but should settle out in the near future as the organization grows into itself.
