      Pros

      The URS Chicago office (now AECOM, URS legacy company) is a great place to work. It is at a good location in downtown Chicago by the trains, the people are nice, and the work is good.

      It can get to be too big at times

      Great team culture Management supportive of on-going education, training Ability to pursue an area of interest to yourself, as long as you have a a solid plan and can deliver results!

      Waiting for merger with AECOM to be finalised so can plan a long term vision within the new organisation
