      Great place to learn because there are many small projects that need work.

      Not software-focused so management may not understand or appreciate deficits.

      I really enjoyed how the company emphasized how important safety is. Safety is a big part of my work and home life.

      Pros

      I like working the 9/80 shift getting every other Friday off. Education was highly encouraged. I was able to get my MBA paid for and completed while working at URS.

      Cons

      I wish I had a better connection with different supervisors so I could've gotten more experience in different areas. It all goes back to networking. If people know you and like how you work you can have many opportunities.

      Open to give opportunities for motivated people willing to put the extra effort. Fast track is easier to reach than demonstrated by the system.

      Cons

      Region HQs are removed from the revenue generating units. Competing P&Ls difficult cooperation across regions.
