      Getting worst before it gets better!!

      Mega projects and good benefits.

      Cons

      The middle management promotes among themselves even if it does not make sense. Why will promote a person that have not won any work for the office, why? They have to many young middle management people with no experience or connections. Everywhere that I go is the same thing, you win projects because you prove yourselves as competent and experienced on matter not because you are the president of such and such association or because you know the president of this other association and go golfing with him. AECOM middle management does not have the know how therefore they can't win.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work. Used to win significant projects in US. Used to be respectful of people's opinions. Used to have exciting work to do.

      Cons

      A lot. Suspect hires in upper management in NY. Now its not what you know or can do, its who you know... Cronyism at its worst... a shame its is now a hot steamy pile..

      Pros

      Good healthcare and a good start for anyone directly out of college. While employed here, I heard great thing about the water and engineering groups.

      Cons

      Not a great place for high performers, as the company structure does not support rapid promotion. It is a rather top heavy company, so you will have a lot of upper management that are strictly there to keep tabs on your billability (I believe those resources could be better used).
