      Multiple resources, and very competent and knowledgeable coworkers. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Little room to diversify skill on to other engineering fields. No rotation available.

      Good Projects, Training Opportunities Could be Improved

      Pros

      Interesting and large projects. Friendly team and nice office environment. In general, most people don't work long hours.

      Cons

      Little value is placed on technical excellence. Lots of training for graduates and directors, but almost none for the Senior to Principal grades. There is little value placed on 'hygiene factors' i.e. delivering on time and to budget.
