      lot of marketing budgets overhead seems to be not a big issue for some people in management

      Pros

      This is a good place to start your career, learn about the cubicle culture, and gain experience working on array of large projects. People here are friendly in general, however there is no longer a sense of unity in the company.

      Cons

      This corporation has way too many upper management personnel that don't seem to have a clear vision on where they want to steer the company. There is a lack of communication from the top down and a general lack of confidence in any decisions made. For a "technology company" there sure is a lot of outdated hardware and difficult red tape to sort through to get anything fixed in a timely manner.
