-Completely top down organization that does not look for or care to hear ideas from those below. Even when those below have 10-30 years of experience. Changes seem to be dreamed up over night with no due diligence and are expected to be fully in place in less than 1 month from initial communication. -The resumes of the very top NA Ops leadership do not support their role. Lack of adequate education/experience is clearly showing in the decisions being made and the initiatives being driven. -Laying off higher utilized but lower paid employees while protecting higher paid lower utilized management is a recipe for disaster.
