good projects for the most part. fairly ethical management that hires competent people. In general, there is an appreciation for diverse personal interests

In general, it is unclear how to advance or what types of employees are considered to be valuable. Because it's a large company, the finance aspect between different groups is confusing.

Pretty reputable within the engineering industry. they are buying out a lot of companies, and they are currently no. 1 on the ENR as Top designer.

Cons

the ny office is very segregated into its own little groups. there is a lot of favoritism. sometimes the ability of senior management is doubtful.
