Pros

a mediocre salary, benefits and some nice and bright people....but not all by any means

Cons

John Dionisio and his group should go on Undercover Boss to find out what really goes on. Very little is fair and the higher ups have no idea as to what is going and where people are. Today, HR came in swinging a big hatchet. Lots of people are gone and some had been with the acquisition for a long time. There are plenty of others who should have been let go instead of some of the ones that were. There is constant unrest and almost no work. One MUST be billable but it is impossible when no work is given out. It cannot be created.

Pros

Huge network of very talented technical professionals.

Cons

Every employee is just a number, and you exist only to add value to the company's stock price. Favoritism between middle management and employees within divisions punishes the strong and promotes the weak. A very frustrating, unfulfilling place to work.

Pros

- Some peers were cool, team players, always willing to help and enjoy a laugh. - Convenient location - Interesting projects

Cons

- Too much unnecessary political, corporate drama - Mixed messages sent regarding company's values - Poor communication from senior management - Manager's priorities misplaced - Not run like a typical A/E firm, more like an accounting firm or law office - Bureaucratic nightmare - Employees not given tools to make job easier, save time, and money, even when pressuring management - No straight answers given to direct questions regarding office policies, points of contact, etc. - Too many "chefs in the kitchen" - Horribly design office and layout, drab decor, lots of wasted space, and poorly organized - Exorbitant amount of paperwork and unnecessary internal emails
