Business Outlook
Pros
Big company, lots of opportunities to be involved in large and interesting projects. The pay is competitive and there are opportunities to get involved with lots of different work. Have been able to receive promotions and advance in my career.
Cons
Too many cooks in the kitchen, top level management only concerned about numbers in a spreadsheet and not interested in employee development or satisfaction. No training or development is offered to employees. No incentives or bonus plan. Too many hoops to go through to get approvals for anything.
