      overall it's a ok place to work at.

      Pros

      decent benefit, interesting projects. Coherent collaboration among offices and project teams. Plenty of opportunities to work on projects around the country and overseas.

      Cons

      management is not as transparent and fair as it's supposed to be. Human resource is not helpful when dealing with workplace issues, they mostly side with management and disregard employees' opinion.
