      Pros

      Great company to work for. The ability of managers to be flexible with your work schedule and location really make a big difference in doing non-standard life tasks, such as taking 3 weeks of leave without pay by choice to go on a trip or help a family member.

      Cons

      Your project may be canceled or reduced in scope affecting your ability to be billable (and employable). Be prepared to not work for a few weeks-months at a moments notice.

      Pros

      AECOM is a large company with lots of resources. There are interesting jobs all over the globe. Great environment if you are in the right office.

      Cons

      Your experience depends on what office you're in. Some offices are happier than others. As with all large companies, change happens slowly.

      AECOM is a great place for learning and nurtures talent from the grass root level. I have been fortunate to work in the guidance of senior leaders and industry experts, giving me immense opportunities to learn and grow in my career. AECOM is an amalgamation of cultures, minds, talent, energy and experience, which makes it an employer of choice for aspiring engineering professionals.

      During my tenure, I haven't seen any areas of concern.
