      Pros

      They used to have a good company culture and it is in a good location. Also, people were nice and friendly.

      Cons

      They just changed their requirement for the assistant program management as an entry level position to have a master degree.

      Pros

      Heritage companies were fantastic Stable employment Good benefits and vacation Good work-life balance most of the time

      Cons

      The organization and opportunities are completely muddled. We may win some very interesting and big projects, but it really doesn't matter unless they are operated out of your office. Management wants stafff to work on billable work out of the office; otherwise, they don't get "credit" for your billability.

      Large company=large projects which tend to be more complex and interesting to work on The size of the company provides significant experienced engineering staff to draw on for support, someone somewhere has dealt with vitrually every issue you might encounter.

      Cons

      A lack of adequate corporate emphasis of focus on clients. Lack of emphasis on its employees. Too much emphasis on financial performance.
