      The benefits that are offered and the ability to learn for all different parts of the construction industry.

      Cons

      Publicly traded company makes it more difficult to compete against other architectural firms. Due to the economy, compensation for work done well and profitably is not shown at this time.

      great work/life balance, very flexible hours and work arrangements.

      Cons

      Not great for a scientist. The engineers seem to like it much better.

      Prestigious firm with great credentials and achievements in all their fields. Co-workers are qualified and professional. Employees are respected for who they are and the skills they bring to the table.

      Cons

      A lot of motion from acquistions but not enough movement. May be trying to do too much too soon Needs to getting better at planning and executing change.
