      Big challenges ahead....Good Company in General

      Pros

      Exposure to challenging work Ambitious plans for growth Friendly environment Willingness of employees to work extra hours to achieve targets Senior Management easy to approach Abundance of opportunities during the current expansion stage

      Cons

      Integration of the various companies into one is not as smooth as management portrays Employees discouraged by some Senior Management appointments from outside the Company Lack of tried-tested systems and procedures to be implemented across ALL of the company's jobs.

      Pros

      I have been allowed to develop a new program and given support and latitude. Support from staff in different programs and regions.

      Cons

      Looking for mentorship and not getting it. I believe some leaders have kept theor positions after a down turn when they shouldn't have

      Overall a good place to work, with a few warts

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. My former opco (AECOM-speak for an acquired company) was a good place to work and stiil is. The acquisition dented that but hasn't broken it. There's a lot of opportunity if you're willing to look for it.

      Cons

      Consolidation of acquired companies hasn't gone smoothly. Senior management is generally perceived as aloof and lackluster. It remains to be seen whether the matrix organization structure will succeed or not.
