Upper management is elite and out of touch with staff and clients. There is a toxic culture where senior managers protect their patch at any cost. Unless you are young and female and non Caucasian forget getting included in any promotion

Honestly the URS acquisition has been terrible. Local management was left in the dark about many things and you feel like just another number. Raises are very minimal because the appoval for a raise is crazy and the employee review system is bogus. You basically fall into 1 of 3 spots poor, good, & exceeds expectation as a result everyone is good. The overall feel from many of employees is that they want to leave. Its hard to find someone who doesn't want to leave. I think that is due to the overall company seeming like it is focus on money and not on being a place people want to actually work. The other problem is company is extremely top heavy. It almost seems like the company is 50% management.
