Extremely mismanaged, IT department is hell can’t even reach them properly. Their hybrid situation is just bad, they don’t have set days to come into the office so it’s hard for someone who’s wanting to learn with other people or someone new in their career. They had me mostly working on projects and with people from different offices and not within the office and collaborating with those people was hard since everyone’s almost remote and I was not told about this. Throw into projects I had no experience in and was expected to do better or lead the whole thing and the vice president of engineering at the time was a rude person. High turnover rates at this office make sense even though the company is a good one.

Management shifted blame onto lower staff, no organisation, unfair dismissal.
