      Remote Work for certain favorites of managers

      Poor management, cliquish culture and favoritism, someone has to leave or die before you get a promo, literally your career will never grow here.... Racial Bigotry and culture of racial discrimination. Revolving door of women and professionals of color running from the community. Overcompliance with getting rid of DEI and ERGs was a slap in the face. Known as one of the lowest salaries in the industry in program management, land planning, executive engineering No career path to success, overqualified employees kept in junior roles and pay tiers to avoid pay increases, bonuses and company buy-in.

      Pros

      Hybrid working. The people in the team in Belfast were great.

      Cons

      The person I reported to didn't support me at all. 3 different line managers. Lots of the Aecom systems don't work so you can't do your job properly. They told me they had many upcoming contracts, but they never materialised and all their bids for work seem to fail because they price themselves out of the market. One of the worst companies I've had the misfortune to work for. Avoid this company like the plague.

      -Poor/no comunication or desintrest between the Federal and Remedial parts of the environmental section -Poor in-person mentorship -Lack of relationship awareness among an office, very disconnected
