      Global company that has diverse work.

      Cons

      This company grows from assimilating smaller companies. The smaller companies and purchased, half chewed up and then spit out without any identity.

      Pros

      It's worth it if you work in management.

      Cons

      Promotions are biased towards family and friends, rather than merit based. Management is hit or miss. HR takes forever to respond to your needs (especially if it's about your paycheck - yikes!). Contracts are not as stable as they say. No yearly bonuses. Raises are minimal IF at all. Pay is less than the average salary of the same position in the area.
