      pay was good and benefits to some extent

      Cons

      you are just a cog in the machine. short-sighted management lives by the monthly tick of the stock price and not what will make the company better. they believe they can just keep acquiring other companies to keep the growth going while frustrating their employees with burdensome paperwork that doesn't help project budgets. if AECOM decides your location or business line is not of value to them, you are gone no matter what your work ethic/history has been.

      You get a paycheck. And benefits are satisfactory.

      Cons

      Nobody knows what is going on. No one can make a sensible decision. Everyone in this facility hates being here. The human resources and benefits department are incompetent. Safety meetings are a joke. They took all our chairs over one weekend, and now everyone is forced to stand all day. Despite your biased ergonomics assessment that says we are better off standing, some people still are allowed to sit. The entire management has air conditioning and chairs. Take away both and let's see how much you like it.
