Their size as it gives options for location and shifts. Benefits package is avrage. A good choice for the rescent travel school graduate.

Cons

Their size too big with too many layers of management all seeking their piece of the few that occupy the front lines. Not a consistent picture given to employees or clients they try to reinvent their business models too often without properly preparing frontline staff.
