-One of the highest paying retail job -You can have more or less shifts if you want -Flexible rota, not working 5 days a week, day in day out,

-The work can be very difficult and tiring -The work environment/ culture, can be quite hostile -A lot of time pressure

Nice staff who understand the (unrealistic)!demands of the job.

Cons

Encouraged to give terrible customer service Ridiculous cost cutting measures which make job unnecessarily difficult to perform Lack of staff eg three staff per shift. Long hours whether you want them or not No say in whether you can do overtime or not.
