Company offers Great benefits: vacation paid, sick time, paid holidays. It is fast paced and keeps you in shape; you are constantly moving.

Cons

There is little room for growth. If you start as a cashier you can become a shift supervisor, then you can become a manager trainee, and the last stop is store manager.
