- Disrespect from every level of management, I was in management and I couldn't treat people the way they wanted me to - unrealistic goals and expectations that going above and beyond means you still wont hit your goals, this causes a very negative atmosphere -young district managers, some can be okay but some are naive and believe everything the company tells them regardless of how ridiculous -even people in the highest positions will disrespect you and treat you like trash if you aren't living and breathing ALDI all the time -the hours are long, if you get your store the way you want it, you can just work your 50 but upper management will pressure you to always be there -overall great pay but you will burnout trying to prove yourself to the selfish, disrespectful and just rude upper management

Very long hours, sometimes with overnights. minimum benefits. No rewards for hard work. No promoting from within culture. High Turnover. Running stores with just 2-3 employees.
