Pros

Great benefits (health, dental, vision, & life) for low price.

Cons

Sure you're getting paid more per hour than any other cashier job out there - that's why people flock to get this job. However, you're not JUST a cashier. You're a stocker, an industrial cleaner, and a circus performer (You must CLIMB the shelves in the cooler to get to the top!) The hours SUCK. Let's say, for example 2-10pm Monday, then 6-2pm Tuesday. I could work one shift 7 days a week without a problem, but they WILL NOT DO THAT. It's like they want you to be exhausted and miserable at work as well as when you're off. Full time means 30-35 hours a week. Since your hours are so jacked up, you can't get a part time job. Part time means 20-25 hours and you call the days/hours, but no benefits. They give more pull to part timers. Nice. :/

Pros

Good pay. Nice co-workers. More requirements/ less resources. Take what they can from the individual and treat them any way they want. they think they can get away with this since they pay so well.

Cons

micro managed. Don't let disciplines be the experts in their fields. Belittle others. Don't app[appreciate the people or the work.
