Pros

Excellent benefits, medical, dental and vision for only $10 a month (for employee). Decent pay for industry (but not enough for whats expected of you).

Cons

no work-life balance, Aldi operates the stores with no more than a few people working at a time in order to reduce costs but then expects you to be able to keep everything stocked and keep the shelves looking neat, leaving more work to do than can be done in time given so you end up working late. If they had enough people working the store would look better during the day instead of only looking clean after closing.

Pros

Compensation, benefits, autonomy, company car, vacation

Cons

No work life balance. Overwhelming for a 22 year old. I can honestly say that at such a young age with little experience, I was not prepared for such a task. Not worth the money. You will be paid well but you will miss out on all the fun of your early twenties
