Pros

Only retail that close at8pm.

Cons

Very limited staff.they expect work of 9 persons from 2 or max 3 persons and want every job to be done on time and perfect.people think that they will get to sit on a chair and get paid 13/hr .trust me its completely different when you get to work there.DM,S are so young abd fresh if the college they never had any professional job prior to Aldi but Aldi spends all money on them get them Audi's cell phones. Pays them very good salary but the people who actually works and run the store who are back bone of tthis company are treated like slaves.all you get at the end of the year is 40cent raise.there is No internal promotions.you work your tail off and they will bring a brand new manger from outside spend time and money on them but won't promote the person who deserves the position. Work only if you looking for a part time job because as a shift manager you get only 15hrs of shift a week.

Pros

Cant think of any at all

Cons

You do EVERYTHING in the store. You are timed on everything you do. You are the janitor, cashier, stock person, and signage person. Your body will ALWAYS hurt after every shift.

Pros

- Responsibility - Salary - Car & Fuel Card

Cons

- A blame culture - A culture of burnout where you are expected to devote your entire life to the business for little to no appreciation. - Very questionable management techniques. - A lack of focus on training often with trainees being used to by store management to simply improve their store KPIs. - Although completely out of the companies control it is worth noting that you will be taxed very heavily on your car and fuel card. - A requirement for you to move at the snap of their fingers, often with heavy relocation costs which the company does not contribute too. - The golden age of fast promotion has ended.
