Great opportunities, if u want to explore Alstom comes with sea of scope specially after acquisition of bombardier. Work life balance is ok. Pay model in india is less but managers dictate as per their wish. They can give high package to person with less exp and vice versa. Good to enter as GET as min ctc will be 1.2 M
