Sometime so much pressure given on your solder that you can feel tired and loss hope from working as a engineer.

Good HR policies Allied benefits and facilities better than competitors Decent paymaster Difficult to think about pros of the company that has least interest in employees and more intrest in top line number

Cons

No work life balance, Specially if you are in the project management dept. Horrible bosses Top management has ruined the company starting from UMD to GMs
