      Pros

      Pay scale is good. People are friendly and support you in your work. This company is good to gain experience in challenging roles.

      Cons

      Stringent timelines in projects directly impact the employees. Management is not welcoming of career growth opportunities abroad. This role has limited growth potential.

      Pros

      Wide range of disciplines involved. Exposure to a lot of things in the organisation.

      Cons

      Poor Management in Hyderabad site for past few years. With new site Lead, it has improved. My manager is not competent to manage this team, which puts additional burden on some team mates. Some manager are good, while others are not. Personal growth is difficult unless you have the right connections.
