Pros

High Salary, good benefits. They have a lengthy road map for every single process in the company. They provide a large network for guidance.

Cons

Overwork their people, lots of red tape. They are extremely bureaucratic and don't trust the employees. There is a lot of layers that are unnecessary and people are trying to earn their positions.

Pros

excellent pay, benefits, relocation package, and international travel. Company was very committed to providing software training.

Cons

Alstom is an international company. European colleagues viewed Alstom's expansion to United States as a threat to European jobs. Knowledge transfer in turn suffered.
