      Sometimes too bureaucratic. Ratio of technology over politics not always in balance ( too many managers talking not enough doers)

      -Good Interaction whith other stake holders. -interesting for people that loves the design;

      Cons

      -Los of minour challenging. people not able to find answers by themselves (only sucking information). but people that performs the work need to find its own answers and to develop its own knowledge, -Let burn outs no prefered employes. Big challenges withouth no ressurses. -You are a fish beetween thousands. your are treated in that way. -The pay is nothing of other planet -Inexistent human ressources.
