      Good company culture. Flexibility options for hours. Open communication between teams. Possibility for advancement seems attainable when you are a driven employee.

      Cons

      Project work can be placed on very tight timelines in order to satisfy customer. This can lead it to be difficult to manage a reasonable work life balance.

      The company cares for its people, often showing a lot of humanity and empathy for personal situation, allowing for (informal) flexible working arrangement, family leave, etc

      Cons

      The company is also crippled by its "care for people" philosophy, which is why there are managers and employees with sub-par performance who are forgiven and paid beyond their worth. Too French-centric
