      Good company, good benefits and good work environment. Learned a lot. Good but not great experience, mainly because bad managers and their organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately not too good in choosing managers. No care for employee or work. Fixing only actual problems, there is no plan for future.

      Great team to work with, excellent work-life balance. Very clear about goals within sourcing organization. Follows the best industry practices in sourcing. Offers flexibility to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Compensation not up to market standard, decision making is sometimes slower and projects are put on hold unnecessarily. Too much dependent on parent company in France.
