      Pros

      My association is just over 6 months with this organisation. Compared to Eastern zone the office culture is better in contrast with my previous organisations. Work/life balance is good for some job roles. Compensation structure is good compared to the market situation in Eastern India.

      Cons

      However, since this organisation has been taken over by another renowned MNC, might be a huge cultural shift. Some people are extremely bogged down with tremendous workload.

      Have worked with Alstom cogelex in saudi arabia and the team is very co operative

      Cons

      To complete the target before scheduled date and with quality and the staff was very punctual and completed the project with 5 star safety rules
