      Just the fake perception of an established brand name and none that I can mention as positive - opinions formed serving over a period of 4 years.

      Cons

      Extremely political and an ideal place for individuals practicing ADULATION, SERVILITY and OBSEQUIOUSNESS.No one imagine the kind of nightmarish practices being undertaken at this place. Change in senior management is a disaster for the existing employees, as the complete setup is exchanged and favorites replace the active employees.The older employees either submit themselves or get AXED or get thrown into insignificant roles.Prevalent Exchange schemes (the present employee is swapped with a favorite by the changed higher management- the changed higher management usually picks up his favorites from his previous employer)
