      Large company with a wide variety of separate business units

      Pros

      Great customer oriented culture. Experienced co-workers are always available for help and guidance. Great education program. Mobility is encouraged. Compensation and benefits are very competitive for engineers.

      Cons

      Some of the business units tend to be siloed. Sometimes there is internal competition that is counter productive. The main customer base is the coal fired power industry. With new environmental regulations, this has become a ch alleging market.
