      Good work life balance. good opportunities, employee friendly company. Its been here for quite some time so pretty stable.

      A little too big,sometimes you get lost in a big organization finding appreciation for good work and support to reach teh next level.

      Healthy environment with less pressure.surely a best place considering the fact of work load

      Not upto the expectations by looking at its brand name .Equivalent to government organisations everything goes slow like tortoise.

      Pros

      OK salaries, but advantages wise we are limited. The branch I work for has no appartments to offer to employees who recently moved into that city specially for that job offer. Otherwise, good conditions, good working hours, no over-time though, but good coverage on the insurance grounds.

      Cons

      No over-time, caught the company at a bad time, lack of cooperation between certain members and the presence of an obvious gap between generations and mentalities.
