      International environment. Best practices. High level of Engineering to apply.

      Cons

      Preferences to choose certain people to climb in the organization. It's worth only working in Alstom France but I do not recommend working in the Mexican branch. Ethics is never internally applied neither by managers nor directors.

      Non-flexible or well-defined organizational structure, in case of problems the organization blame certain employees and benefiting only those who already have extensive experience in the company in comparison on short career employees in the company
