      Good work environment. Great people. Worked with other interns and had a great learning experience. Would highly recommend.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are below average compared to similar jobs in India. Lots of work and responsibility, not for the weak hearted.

      Good salary and work-life balance. Interesting work. Expatriation opportunities. Friendly colleagues and they will to help with any questions or requests.

      Cons

      The organization structure is unclear and unstable. International trends are not imported in the business processes. Missing competency in some positions.

      Pros

      Co-workers, good benefits, great 401k. Great travel opportunities if your position allows. Local management promotes a healthy work/life balance. Decent pay, but make sure you get paid what you are worth.

      Cons

      Layer after later of upper management that does not allow local decisions that need to be made on a day-to-day basis. Layers of management want to be responsible for everything without being accountable for anything. Career advancement moves at a snail's pace. Does not follow through with compensation promises.
