      Managers are filling like the boss to the company, and worst part is loyalty will not be valued, Alstom India people management is now making people like fools , and further stupidity is in peaks. Waste of your time to being senior in the company. In the end you should feel that you will be treated as slave. Always better to open eyes before situations get worsed. No one's will care about your growth, however you should not be tissues paper for people's politics.
