      Pros

      Interesting products and technology. Strong brand in industry. Competitive reward.

      Cons

      Archaic top down management structure. Uninvolving work; too many people doing the same thing / narrow job design. Internal systems not fit for purpose. Tribalism between former Bombardier and Alstom colleagues. Typical large company issues of too many layers and too much red tape. Middle-management in place due to tenure not capability.

      There are many sub systems to work. Training facilities available through ilearn. Opportunity available for doing higher studies. Good corporate culture. Work life balance. Work hours flexibility available. Good hike.

      Pros

      Large organisation with lots of resources. Great online training platform. Some useful governance. Powerful in industry and opportunity to continue growth.

      Cons

      In my experience, this is not a business that cares about its people, or their job satisfaction/competitive and attractive salaries/incentives. As a result, many people are leaving, remaining staff are over-stretched/ stressed/ under-resourced and there aren't managers who can spend quality time with their people supporting them, developing them.
