Pros

It's a paycheck. That's about it

Cons

Worst job i've ever had period ever period. I was put on as part time. I had started asking for full time, but was told there were no openings. Then they continue to hire full time people while keeping me part time. The management for this place should be prosecuted for the way they treated their employees. It wasn't a uncommon thing to hear our project manager call someone in his office and threaten them and intimidate them to meet all these impossible goals that just couldn't be done. I had a medical issue arise in the middle of my employement. I couldn't help but miss a day every so often. But when I came back to work my boss would literally threaten to fire me, yell at me, tell me how worthless I am. Yet he is sick and misses weeks at a time. Towards the end of my employee, management was trying their hardest to make me quit. By grading me on my referral team and making stuff up to keep me in there. By setting my goals even higher than before. Then this company took 3000 DOLLARS of my own money and put it into 401 k even though I was never told about this or explained to. I thought I was paying taxes as I get direct deposit. Management complained about the way I dressed. I kept gaining weight and couldn't afford to buy new clothes cause they had me on part time and wouldn't put me full time. I also had my supervisor spying on me outside of work. She would literally tell my boss if she seen me somewhere. I almost thought my phone was tapped at one point with all these things my project manager would tell me. Then towards the end, they expected 40 of us to handle 300 calls for 8 hours a day. Wasn't even going to tell us they were laying us off. That's the bad part. Last thing, I've been trying to take my 401 k money out this week and my employer kept denying it. I quit monday and hadn't been in since then and they still kept my employed just to spite. I found out I had to return their property. So I went to turn in my badge and other property, my supervisors wouldn't even let me in. They called VA police to come down and they gave them my stuff. Then I was escorted off of property. So simply, all of this will go before a judge.

Pros

It is a pay check and the work is indoors

Cons

The company looks at its employees no differently than one would look at a printer, PC, or desk and treated as such. Computers and software that does not work locks up and crashes constantly. You are expected to meet unrealistic goals and harassed if you don't. Managed by intimidation is the management style used. Protocol is changed quickly and constantly to the point that it contradicts itself. Management has no problem straight out lying to its employees. Brown nosing is the best way for advancement, once achieved you don't have to work or even show up for work. When this company took over they cut everyone pay between 20 to 30%.
