Pros
Smaller sized company,can gain exposure at all levels of organization. HQ is nice with free coffee, bagels and fruit
Cons
Silo managment requiring miliatry credential to move up. Too many people with nothing to do. Nepotism runs rampant throughout the company. The executives see Project Managers simply as non-Tecnial folks signing off on deliverables and not as technical leadership. So the management has a lot of paper pushers.
